Delete your SumpIQ data

This page is for the SumpIQ app on Google Play, made by Jacques Louw.

The free app (no account)

The free app keeps everything on your phone and has no account. To delete your data, uninstall SumpIQ, or go to your phone's Settings → Apps → SumpIQ → Storage → Clear data. Nothing is kept anywhere else.

A shop account (paid version)

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account.

Without the app: email support@sumpiq.app from the address on the account (or with your name and your shop's name if you joined without an email) and ask us to delete your account. We confirm by email and delete it within 30 days.

• Staff: your login and your name and email are deleted. Readings and fills you logged stay in the shop's records, because they are the shop's machine history; they no longer show your name.
• Owners: cancel the subscription in Google Play first (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions). Deleting the business deletes all of its data — machines, readings, fills, photos and staff — from our systems.

Some records may be kept longer only where the law requires it; the privacy policy says which.
